Originally founded in Kenner, Louisiana in 1974 by Dick Dicharry, SPEC now occupies two facilities in St. Rose, Louisiana to meet production, research, and development needs. Currently, over thirty dedicated employees work together to meet the needs of industry under the leadership of President, R.D. "Donny" Dicharry and Vice-President, George Moran.
