Originally founded in Kenner, Louisiana in 1974 by Dick Dicharry, SPEC now occupies two facilities in St. Rose, Louisiana to meet production, research, and development needs. Currently, more than twenty-five dedicated employees work together to meet the needs of industry under the leadership of President R.D. “Donny” Dicharry and Vice President & General Manager, Michael Sanchez.
